"To live under the American Constitution is the greatest political privilege that was ever accorded to the human race." Calvin Coolidge

Sure, you might think his tweets are too bold, but they're clear. You always know where he stands.

He didn't have to be strong-armed into wearing an American flag pin in his lapel. He doesn't insinuate, or criticize by innuendo. He says what he means, and he means what he says. And he keeps his promises.

When he called Ted Cruz "Lyin' Ted," it was true. Cruz was lying about his campaign tactics in North Carolina, and it hurt Dr. Ben Carson. Now Ted Cruz, a principled politician, is one of the people that consistently has Trump's back. It's what grown-ups do.

When he called Hillary "Crooked Hillary," she was, and still is.

Jeb was "Low Energy." And Marco? He was definitely "Little Marco."

It's sarcasm. That's the way they talk in New York. And if you're not a New Yorker, you might not get the humor.

All during his five months in office, this president has given the press conniption fits. They've been "unmasked!" Now everyone knows who they are and how they operate, and they're fit to be tied. They come out looking like journalists who forgot how to do their jobs.

And it cost them. They're making mistakes, not checking sources, and after all the vitriol, fake and slanted articles, The New York Times is now being forced to lay off editors and reporters by the dozens, and CNN is cleaning house.

The tables have been subtly turning. You can see it. The hunters are now the hunted and now Comey, Susan Rice, Hillary and Loretta Lynch are in the hot seat, while Trump just keeps stacking up the wins.

As for Susan Rice, after using her position as security adviser to President Obama to "unmask" members of the Trump campaign team, now she's the one in trouble. And because she's in trouble, she's crying "Mysogyny! Racism!" Yup, she's been subpoenaed to testify about her security breach before Congress, and she ain't happy.

"Give the kiddies something to amuse them. I have work to do," seems to be the Trump approach to all of this. The "kiddies," the Leftist media and Democrats, figured they'd destroy Trump early in the game by pushing the Russian-Trump collusion theory, because real news wasn't anyone's bag. They did it for about a year. When that fizzled out, they latched onto impeaching him. It will do until another bogus theory comes along. It's all they've got.

It's all taking its toll, but not on Trump

Rep. Maxine Waters (D-Calif.) and Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) are so obsessed with Trump, they can't think straight. Nancy Pelosi can't talk straight. And Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) is saying all sorts of things, he's so upset.

As Trump tweeted about North Korean President Kim Jong un, "Do these people have anything better to do with their lives?"

But he just keeps on working. While Republicans don't pass legislation for tax reform. While they don't repeal and replace Obamacare. While they keep taking Easter breaks, Fourth of July breaks, August breaks, the president just keeps on working.

The Keystone and Dakota Pipelines are approved. The U.S. is out of the Trans-Pacific Partnership. The president shamed our NATO partners into paying up their fair share, so for the first time, money is pouring into NATO coffers. And federal agents are going to Chicago to address gun violence in a city where there have been 1,700 deaths since January, 2017.

Curiously, despite the fact that Barack Obama loves Chicago Mayor Rahm Emmanuel like a brother, Obama did nothing about the violence in his old home town. We don't know why.

With this president, what you see is what you get, and you get to see it as it's happening. That's what you call transparency.

If you throw a tantrum in a White House briefing, it won't be tolerated. If you lie about him, or insult him, he'll fight back. And if you support him, he'll never let you down.

And unlike Republicans, past and present, Trump isn't afraid of the press and doesn't feel the need to win them over.

His actions speak for themselves. He's a worker. He's a winner. He comes in early and stays late, and he doesn't owe anyone any political favors. If the press is fair with reporting real and accurate news, he'll be fair. But if they don't, he doesn't need them.

         He has a Twitter account.

         Hold the line, America.
