We used to be told as little kids, "Be the best you can be." But not anymore. The new Biden-inspired rule, and the goal of the Woke Crowd, is to lower your expectations for yourself.

As children, we were taught the fine art of cursive writing. We were given grades based on merit. Now cursive writing is too tough to make kids master, and grades that are too low are considered too painful for the child if he is given a failing grade...for failing.

No grades. Trophies for all, regarding of accomplishment. No SAT exams. And now, no bar exams in a lot of states, most recently in Washington state, because, the reasoning goes, "the exam prohibits marginalized people from practicing law."

So, if you think some of the lawyers you're seeing in Georgia and New York and on the Supreme Court are stupid, you're right. Or maybe they are just marginalized.

These underachieving, whiners need to have the rules changed for them. Just like Joe can't win without "help" at election time. Just as Letitia James can't prosecute without changing the law to indict Donald Trump, these "lawyers" can't pass a bar exam, and probably finished at the bottom of their class, even as low as 76th in a law school class of 85.

Just like Joe.
