It's bad enough that people who live in New Jersey have to have Murphy as their governor. To add insult to injury, they have to suffer through having Bob Menendez as their senator. And he's on trial.  Again.

This week his sister, Caridad Gonzalez, was called to testify on his behalf. She tried to justify the $486,000 dollars in cash found stuffed in her brother's jacket at his home. "It's normal," she said. "It's a Cuban thing. Everyone who left Cuba in the 1960s and 70s kept cash at home to so it wouldn't be taken away.

Ironically, that's exactly what Fani Willis' father, John Clifford Floyd III said at her hearing to explain why Fani kept thousands in cash in her home. "It's a Black Thing", the former Black Panther explained.

Bob's sister couldn't explain the $100,000 in gold bars, though. Serial numers indicated the gold came from New Jersey businessmen...doing business with Bob.

Isn't that special...
