Do you work for one of those silly, old-fashioned companies that expect you to come to work? If you do, run for Congress. In Congress they don't care if you don't want to show up as long as you have a good excuse, like you don't like the guy who's coming in to do business with your company.

And it's especially good if you don't reflect the values of the company you work for, and well, actually insult both your employer and the people he likes. What do you care????

Today Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu came to our country to address the nation. But some people don't like him. And, no, no, they're not anti-Semitic. Don't say that! And they may have kind of said they like Hamas.  Well, actually they did say that. But what do they care????

So today, Representatives Pelosi, Ocasio-Cortez, Massie, and at least nine Senators including Bernie Sanders, Dick Durbin, Elizabeth Warren didn't show up for work.

Ocasio-Cortez called Netanyahu a "war criminal," like Clooney's wife did, and said "it is a dark day in U.S. history when an authoritarian with warrant requests from the International Criminal Court is allowed to address a joint session of Congress."

Makes you glad she, and they, didn't show up for work. Although she would have heard Netanyahu debunk all her fuzzy statements.There was a huge turnout for the Prime Minister, as it should be. Sandy Cortez wouldn't have liked it.
