Joe's at it again. There is bloody, unrest in Haiti, and Joe and Blinken are all in. According to their "No man left behind," stance, they evacuated the U.S. embassy, but left Americans running an orphanage high and dry.

And that's no small worry to those who Joe forgot. The leader of the uprising is a man called Barbeque. Some say it's because he burns people alive. He says it's a nickname his Mama gave him. She sold chicken on the street.

There's also some video of people eating other people. That doesn't sound good. But Joe has been through worse and never worried about the Americans he forgot.
