John Lennon was all wet, Imagining there were no countries, no religion. No possessions.

What he should have imagined was that people do their job. That's what Alabama Coach Saban trained his team to do. It was called the Process Over Outcome.

Instead of obsessing about the outcome, Coach Saban emphasized focusing on preparation and execution. And you saw how it worked for him and his team. He, and they, were winners.

You can see the exact opposite  of this if you look at the Biden Administration, and Joe.

They never prepare, especially Kamala before she gives a word salad interview. And they never get to "execution." That's because they never do their jobs.

America needs a new coach. One like Saban.
