Sleigh bells jingling in the frosty air.
Starry-eyed toddlers listening for reindeer hoofs on the roof.
Chubby Christmas puppies with silky, furry ears.
The smell of snowball-snow on a red wool mitten.
It’s Christmas.
But because of Joe Biden, it’s Halloween all year long.
Freaky people. Scary people. Sleepy Joe is the Grinch that Stole Everything.
It’s hard to have a cheerful countenance. But it is Christmas.
It’s Christ’s birthday. So rejoice that such a one should live among us.
He’s the man who made Love the centerpiece of his message.
He searched for that one lost sheep.
He said “Let the little children come unto me. And do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.”
Jesus Christ included women as equals.
He suffered for what He taught. He was gentle, yet fought for what He believed, angrily casting out the money changers from the temple of God.
“My house shall be called the house of prayer,” He said, “but ye have made it a den of thieves.”
In John Howison’s 1821 Sketches of Upper Canada, Howison speaks about a Native American who told him, “It’s Christmas night and all deer fall upon their knees to the Great Spirit.”
And at Midnight, on Christmas Eve, the animals in the stable spoke, and the cattle knelt, in reverence and joy at the miracle of His birth.
When you are baptized, you promise to renounce Satan, and affirm your belief in Jesus.
When you are confirmed, you promise to be a soldier of Christ.
The battles He fought are the same as the ones we see today.
The children today have to be protected. The “money changers” have to be confronted and driven away. Truth has to be defended.
This week Joe Biden invited drag queen Marti Cummings to the White House who has tweeted, “Kids are out to sing and suck d***.”
Law and order has been turned on its head so the guilty go free and political enemies of Joe Biden are persecuted.
Unprepared, untalented people have been placed in positions of power, using the Constitution to undermine the Constitution.
And a concerted effort to support what can only be called Evil has become the rule.
But it is Christmas. It is your duty, first of all, to be grateful for what you have and mindful of what you can give. Then to boldly confront whatever would do Evil in the world.
To be a proud Soldier of Christ.
It will be your birthday gift to Jesus.
Hold the line, America.
