Bill Clinton came close to a trifecta. He was sleazy and crooked, but he wasn’t stupid.
Joe, on the other hand, is the whole package. And he learned from the best.
“Over the last 15 months, we’ve traveled to every corner of the United States,” Obama said on the campaign trail in 2008.
“I’ve now been in 57 states? I think one left to go. Alaska and Hawaii.”
Snopes said he was “just tired.”
The LA Times said he merely “drifted away from the text a tad, as rookies are wont to do sometimes, forgetting how exhausting this primary process is.”
But nobody said maybe he really didn’t know how many states there were.
For a guy who spent his formative years in Hawaii and Indonesia, it’s possible he just didn’t know.
Joe and Barack are like two crooked and lying peas in a pod, although Barack thinks he’s smarter.
Both men own mansions without any real source of income.
Both are doing their best to reduce the U.S. to a Third World country. And both know how to turn a buck while doing it.
Yesterday Joe visited the Grand Canyon and designated more than a million acres of land as a national monument, a designation which will permanently prevent future uranium mining there. Making us dependent on Russia for uranium.
People were surprised, but they shouldn’t be.
Joe was just following in Obama’s footsteps. And the ones Hillary would have trod.
In 2010, Obama canceled offshore oil drilling leases in the Atlantic and Gulf of Mexico. And when a federal court held the moratorium to be illegal and ordered leases to be reinstated, Obama refused to obey the court order.
And Hillary, while secretary of state, sold off U.S. uranium to Russia.
The Uranium One deal is more complex than that, but Hillary was part of the approval process which sold 20 percent of U.S. uranium to Russia, with Tony Podesta, her campaign manager’s brother, brokering the deal.
Tony never registered under the Foreign Agents Registration Act.
And afterwards Bill received a $500,000 dollar speaking gig. In Russia.
The goal always was to make the U.S. energy dependent.
If you were trite, you’d say “Follow the money.” And we are.
Despite undeniable evidence that Joe is a crook and has been for years, yesterday Senate Minority Speaker Mitch McConnell urged House colleagues to put the brakes on impeaching him.
“Once we go down this path, it incentivizes the other side to do the same,” McConnell told the New York Times. “Impeachment ought to be rare,” he said. “This is not good for the country.”
Despite what was done to impeach Donald Trump, and Joe’s shameless weaponization of the FBI and Department of Justice to keep Trump from running for president, and to keep Hunter out of jail, McConnell, and others, need to keep Joe.
You just have to follow the money.
And then there are the member of Joe’s cabinet, who couldn’t be weaker if they tried.
Last month in Beijing, Secretary of the Treasury Janet Yellen bowed repeatedly to Communist Chinese economic czar, Vice Premier He Lifeng, while Premier He did not reciprocate.
In June, Secretary of State Blinken rushed to Beijing, and perversely announced to Communist Chinese President Xi that “the U.S. does not support Taiwan independence.”
And in May, at a Pacific security summit meeting in Singapore, Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin was snubbed by his Chinese counterpart, Li Shangfu, who refused an invitation to meet with Austin.
Imagine.
Yet no one will impeach the man who so dearly needs to be impeached. And all they would have to do is follow Joe's money.
