It's Hard to Kill Geraniums

Geraniums are resilient, but Joe and Kamala could easily kill them, just like they are killing our country.

Joe should never have been anywhere near the Oval Office. And Kamala would make a swell Influencer on TikTok, but no way is she presidential material.

It’s not the laugh. It’s the laughing when nothing is funny, when it’s inappropriate, and when she has to respond to a serious question as vice president.

Last March, during a joint press conference with Polish President Dada,, Kamala was asked a question about U.S. responsibility for Ukrainian refugees.

She froze, then, giggling, looked at President Dada, and said, “A friend in need is a friend indeed.” And kept on laughing.

Dada took over.

In August, 2021, Harris responded to a reporter’s question about the U.S.’s flawed withdrawal from Afghanistan. “Hold on, hold on. Slow down everybody,” she said before lapsing into her signature laugh.

Kamala and Hillary make the same mistake. They believe that the first female U.S. president can be any woman, better if the woman is black. Better still if the woman is them.

But that’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion thinking. In the real world, where people work for a living, merit is the deciding factor. The color of your skin or your gender doesn’t make you the best choice for anything.

Clambering toward the Glass Ceiling via the Peter Principle, (no pun intended), these gals have been promoted to higher positions, and ultimately to positions for which they are incompetent.

Hillary is intelligent. Kamala is not. But neither have anything they sincerely believe in. They follow whatever is expeditious for them.

And, like Joe. Like Bill, they lie.

Hillary lied and said she was under sniper fire when she landed in Bosnia in 1995. She wasn’t.

The late William Safire noticed.

In 1996, he wrote in The New York Times that Hillary was a “congenital liar.”

“She is in the longtime habit of lying, and she has never been called to account for lying herself, or in suborning lying in her aides and friends.”

It’s true. Ask Donald Trump.

And now that Candidate Kamala is being faced with video evidence of her real policy views, on the border, on Israel and Jews, on taxes, etc., she lies and says she didn't really mean any of that.

Flipping and flopping, both following John Kerry’s Playbook.

Good leadership doesn’t have a gender or color. It does, however, demand paying your dues.

Golda Meir helped found the State of Israel and later served as its first female prime minister.

Margaret Thatcher served as Britain’s first female Prime Minister, and worked for privatization of nationalized industries, a limited role for government, free markets, low taxes, and individuality.

Condoleezza Rice was a fine, competent Secretary of State. Ruth Bader Ginsburg was a formidable Supreme Court justice.

And none of them traded on their femaleness.

Hillary may have written a book about gutsy women, thinking she was one of them. But she isn’t.

Her tactics to gain office, and her poor sportsmanship when she didn’t win, make her a bad fit for president.

And Kamala’s approach to U.S. foreign policy by snubbing Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu, and displacing a sitting president to become Pelosi’s presidential candidate, makes her a bad fit for just about everything.

These women trade on the word “woman,” even though their Party refuses to define what a woman is. And when they get the chance to compete in the open market, they blame “mysogyny,” or "racisism" if things don't go their way.

To these Wanna’ Be Firsts, I think it’s fair to say, “If you can’t take the heat, Honey, get back in the kitchen."

Hold the line, America. Stay strong, Patriots
