The answer to your dilemma is simple, so simple, I’m surprised you haven’t thought of it. Go to Mexico!
But don’t stay. See, the Mexican government doesn’t allow illegal immigrants to cross their border and stay. So, what you do is turn around and cross back over the border to the U.S.
You don’t have to pack much. The Catholic Church and other non-profits will outfit you so you look like you stepped out of a band box.
At the border there are attorneys who will advise you on what “script” to use. The best is to tell border officials what was happening in your “country” that caused you to leave, and how you’re afraid to return.
If your “home country” was New Jersey, you could give details on how hard it is to carry your groceries home because Gov. Murphy doesn’t let grocery stores provide plastic, or any, bags.
Murphy’s Ban is to preserve the environment, although that isn’t what New Jersey whales would say is happening.
If your “home country” was California, you could just say you are lonely. It’s an illness now. In California. There’s even a Minister of Loneliness.
And if New York City was your “home country” you can say you’ve had a hard time living there because you’re not “chocolate,” or that you are a “cracker.”
“Have you ever seen this much chocolate leading the city of New York,” Adams chuckled last week, while introducing members in power positions in his administration.
“That’s why people are hating on me,” Adams said, blaming his poor job performance as mayor on racism.
But that isn’t why. Eric has always been a bad hire.

Bless his soul, Adams hasn’t changed at all since those long-ago days.
It’s what could make a New Yorker want to leave, and come back to the city as an illegal immigrant.
Free bed and board. Free money. Go where you want to go, do what you want to do, Eric doesn’t care. You can make out like a bandit.
Or become one.
You, as a new “Illegal,” can beat a cop with four other gang members at 3:00 and be out without bail in time for an early dinner.
You can use travel vouchers from the New York Office of Emergency Management to catch a bus, then board a plane to Florida, without I.D. or any documentation, then continue, on the lam, to California.
Why wouldn’t you get some of the money you’re already paying in taxes by becoming an Illegal Immigrant?
Joe and Democrat governors are handing out lots of freebies and breaks.
Well, not to taxpayers. Or veterans. And Daniel Penny certainly isn’t getting any breaks.
Penny. a former U.S. Marine, subdued Jordan Neeley, a violent homeless man, who was shouting, “I’m gonna’ kill you,” to terrified passengers on a New York subway last May.
Neeley died from the encounter. Penny was held on $100,000 dollars bail, and now faces 15 years in jail.
Unequal justice. Benefits for an undeserving few.
But here’s where becoming an Illegal can work for you in more ways than one.
Nancy Pelosi says we need illegals to pick our crops. So does Rep. Pramila Jayapal.
Joe expects his illegal immigrants to vote Democrat.
Wreck his plan. Come back across the southern border to the U.S. illegally. Get the perks illegals get.
Don’t pick any crops.
Then vote Republican!
Hold the line, America.
