You know the look. It's the one you've seen on James Comey, Peter Strzok, Christopher Wray and Mayor Pete.

It's pitying. It's arrogant, because they know they'll never have to be "held responsible" for anything, and they pity you for even thinking they would.

The deck is stacked in favor of the untalented malcontents. So tread carefully if you have an opinion that doesn't pass muster.

Take Secretary of Transportation Mayor Pete, When he was shamed into going to East Palestine, Ohio, he was livid. He resented being there, being asked questions, and, if he had seen photos of himself, he would have been angry that he looked like a tiny Bob the Builder.

Pete couldn't wait to dive into his SUV. You could tell he couldn't wait to get home and excoriate those people who had the nerve to ask him to do his job, or as one reporter asked, "Are you going to quit?"

It's the Deep State look.
