He addressed the sneaky tactic now being used to undermine Americans, namely, that Fat is Beautiful.

China loves to see Americans take the bait. Fentanyl. Wuhan Virus lockdowns. And lately ads which show Americans choosing pajamas and slippers for that trip downtown, and women who "embrace their curves." Not.

Whitney Way Thore, the mega-girl who dances in My Big Fat Fabulous Life. Or the overweight woman stuffed into an uncomfortable looking jogging suit featured in a new Kohl's "fat" ad.

Kanye hit the nail on the head. China would like nothing better than to have a weak, fat, stoned  America. And Joe doesn't mind a bit. That's why he's legalizing "weed."
