If we didn't know better, we'd know better than to say "Does it look like the hurricane in Florida was planned by Joe and Chinese Communist President Xi?"

In August, President Xi ordered seeding the clouds to create rain as the country suffered through a time of drought, and the possibility that rice crops would suffer.

With the mid terms just around the corner, coupled with Joe's fondness for all things Chinese, including the Pandemic and the fentanyl Xi sent us, it seems maybe, just maybe, a handy, dandy hurricane would distract from Joe's gas shortages, inflation and absent-mindedness, so that voters would be all confused.

Especially those voters in a predmoninately Conservative Florida.

But I know that's just plain silly.
