It's interesting to hear. Conservative commentators who cheer from the sidelines for those who choose not to be vaccinated, when the commentators are vaccinated, and can go to work and draw a paycheck.
Soon U.S. Truckers say they will protest Covid mandates and the other hardships Joe Biden has visited upon our country that have made everyone's lives an expensive, living hell.
But some of those "conservative" commentators aren't so sure about that protest.
"What about people who want to get to work if the roads are blocked?" a radio host in D.C. asked.
"Why don't they just stay home, and when eventually everything shuts down, their message will get across in a better way."
Those words spoken from a cushy "I've got money comin' in" vantage point, telling truckers how to protest better. That's by parking their rigs and going without money to live on.
What they don't say is that the food they ate for the past two years, while they went to work, and they got a paycheck, was delivered by these truckers. Starvation is oh, so inconvenient.
Ingrates.
Heroes are people who do what you don't want to do. And they do what is inconvenient.
Imagine if the colonists did just what was "convenient" during the Revolution. Heck, they even gave up tea.
Hang tough.
