President Joe now has Merrick Garland as his attorney general. In his Confirmation Hearing, Garland made it clear that there is no crime when a federal building is attacked at night.

So what will the new legal standard be for the Garland Department of Justice now?

Referencing the January 6 riot in D.Ç., Behar spoke her version of "the truth" while criticizing Sen. Ron Johnson for comments he made at a Senate Committee hearing investigating Capitol Hill security. Johnson said that left wing provacateurs and fake Trump supporters sparked the violence.

"I'll tell you right now. If I were surrounded by people carrying weapons, people erecting nooses, screaming 'Hang Mike Pence,' bludgeoning a police officer to death, I might be a little scared, " Behar said.

"But Ron? No, Ron's not scared of those people. He's scared of this fictitious idea of Antifa, a thing that doesn't even exist."
