It's a pain in the tastebuds and an assault on your viewing pleasure, but you gotta' do what you gotta' do.

And it's not a simple thing, to tell the big corporations, no, no, no. You corporations cannot strongarm Americans into passing or not passing voting laws. After all, who do you think you are???

Unfortunately, one can't just boycott Coke. That 's because the Coca Cola Co. has a lot of other goodies of which you might be fond: Fanta, Schweppes, Sprite, Minute Maid, Dasani...

Sigh. And NetFlix is a lot of fun to watch. Starbucks I can live without, but some people can't wait to pay $5 dollars to carry around one of their prestigious beverages.

Cornelius Vanderbilt was a feisty old codger. He found a way to do business.

Finding he was betrayed by Charles Morgan and Cornelius Garrison through stock manipulatioin, he said, "Gentlemen: You have undertaken to cheat me. I won't sue you, for the law is too slow. I'll ruin you. Yours truly, Cornelius Vanderbilt.

Whatever we do, it's time to say stop. Instead of ruining us, we can ruin them.

It's not going to be easy. But then again, nothing worthwhile ever is.
