With us watching as our country slowing circles the drain, the candidates running for president conducted a disappointing debate. Discussions that were halfway interesting centered around Nikki Haley's daughter's presence on TikTok, and Nikki's five inch heels.

It was like playtime at school recess.

Most of these people should never have run in the first place. Everybody hates Pence. Christie is pitiful and angry. DeSantis is a swell governor. Tim Scott is a swell guy, but both of them need some seasoning before they are ready for prime time.

One thing Vivek said was right on point, however. The GOP had the opportunity to replace Ronna Romney McDaniel, Mitt's niece, as Chair of the Republican National Committee.

She talks a lot, but doesn't seem to be involved enough in her job. Earlier this year Harmeet Dhillon ran for McDaniel's job, but didn't make it.

Dhillon is a brilliant lawyer whose life work has been to litigate about rights, including voting rights and wrongs, and all things Republican. She would have been great. Vivek is right. McDaniel should take a hike.
