If you've been assaulted in New York City, or had your car highjacked from under you, you are taking yourself far too seriously, as far as we can see from what we've seen.
Mayor Eric Adams and D.A. Alvin Bragg have been at the helm since felony crimes have skyrocketed in his city, but he and Bragg don't pay much attention to that stuff. Probably because Gov. Hochul doesn't, either.
The reason is Adams and Bragg know where the real crime threat is coming from.
Georgia Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene.
Yesterday as Trump was in Manhattan for his arraignment, Rep. Greene was among his peaceful supporters. And Adams didn't like it one bit!.
"People like Marjorie Taylor Greene, who is known to spread misinformation and hate speech...she stated she's coming to town, " Adams said at a City Hall press conference.
"While you're in town," Adams warned the Congresswoman, "be on your best behavior."
First of all, manners. That's "Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene," to you Mayor Adams.
And secondly, maybe if you, Mayor, and the governor and her district attorney did your jobs, and cracked down on real criminals, people wouldn't be leaving New York in droves.
Just sayin'.
Hang tough.
